  • Yes. Rugs should be rolled up and ready for pickup at ground level.
    For safety and insurance reasons, our team is not permitted to enter homes or move furniture.
    If you need assistance with rolling your rug, we can help for an additional fee — confirmed by phone before pickup.

  • Pricing is based on rug size, material, and type of cleaning required. You’ll always receive an upfront estimate before we begin.

  • Yes. Each rug is inspected and cleaned using the most suitable method for its material, weave, and condition.

  • Absolutely. We use professional, eco-friendly detergents that are non-toxic and safe for homes with kids and pets.

  • In most cases, yes. Our professional stain treatments target even deep or older spots while preserving the rug’s fibers.

  • Yes. Every rug is thoroughly washed on both sides to ensure complete removal of dirt and residues.

  • Yes. We use high-speed centrifuges and controlled drying rooms to ensure every rug is fully dry before it’s returned.

  • Yes, in select areas and for certain rug types. Please call us to confirm availability for express turnaround.

  • Our equipment is designed for safe, controlled washing. Each rug is inspected before and after cleaning to ensure quality and safety.

  • Yes. We provide volume discounts and loyalty perks for returning clients. Ask our team for current promotions.

  • Yes. We accept cash, major credit cards, and secure online payments. Payment is due upon delivery or completion of service.

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the result, contact us within 48 hours — we’ll re-clean the rug free of charge.

Standard Rug Cleaning

  • Synthetic Rugs – $1.00 per sq. ft.

  • Wool and Natural fiber Rugs – $1.75 per sq. ft.

  • Oriental / Persian & Hand-Made Rugs – $2.75 per sq. ft. – Hands-On Cleaning

  • Fringes – $3 per linear ft.

Specialty Stain Removal
Certain stains require advanced treatments beyond standard cleaning.

  • Wine, coffee, tea – $15 per rug

  • Blood – $20 per rug

  • Pet urine / vomit – $20 per rug (includes odor treatment)

  • Ink, paint, or dye – $20 per rug

  • Rust – $20 per rug

Note: Some stains (bleach, permanent dyes, old set-in stains) may not be fully removable. Our technicians will inspect and advise before treatment.

Additional Services

  • Pickup & Delivery – Free for orders over $200 within 20 miles of our plant in Addison IL 60193. Extended areas (20–30 miles) subject to service fee.

  • Rug Wrapping / Protective Packaging – $5 per rug

  • Orders over 300 $ - additional 10% discount

  5. Deep Washing – performed by hand or machine, tailored to the rug’s material and construction.

  6. High-Speed Water Extraction (Centrifuge) – removes up to 95% of moisture for faster drying.

  7. Professional Grooming While Damp – restores the rug’s pile direction and appearance.

  8. Controlled Rapid Drying – prevents odor, mildew, and shrinkage.

  9. Final Brushing & Softening – enhances texture and restores the rug’s natural feel.

  10. Final Inspection & Photo Documentation – ensures quality before delivery.

  11. Secure Packaging & Delivery Scheduling – your rug is wrapped and prepared for safe transport.

  12. Safe Return to Your Home or Business – fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy.
